Information you provide

The availability form prepares messages in your email application or WhatsApp and is not stored by this website. Guest reviews, including the guest name, stay month and year, star rating, feedback, and consent time, are stored privately after submission so the owner can moderate them before publication. If you choose to send a message, the owner receives the details you include, such as your name, contact details, requested dates, number of guests, booking questions or review.

Why information is used

• To answer availability questions and take steps requested before a booking.
• To administer a confirmed booking and meet legal obligations.
• To review and, only with your consent, publish guest feedback.
• To respond to privacy requests or resolve a dispute.

Services you choose to use

Email and WhatsApp process messages under their own privacy terms. The website is hosted by OpenAI Sites. Links to Airbnb and Booking.com lead to those companies' services. The owner does not sell your personal information.

Retention

Unsuccessful booking enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months after the last contact. Booking and payment records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax, tourism and other laws. Rejected or unpublished reviews are deleted when no longer needed. Published reviews remain online until consent is withdrawn or the review is removed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, withdraw review-publication consent, or object where applicable. Contact the owner at the email above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
